800 Vine Street
This is the Amelia Valerio Weinberg Memorial Fountain on the Vine Street Entrance. It was created by Michael Frasca. Not flowing on the day I took the picture unfortunately. There is classical music playing in this public place. And people seem to find it a pleasant place to congregate, which is fitting. A public place should attract the public.
